I explore the psychological territory beneath conformity — as we grow more entangled with artificial intelligence. This work is for people who feel the motion sickness of this transformation. As competence is replaced and roles dry out.And for those navigating the existential vertigo of bonding with systems that may or may not have experiences of their own. The fear of what comes next.

Work and Identity — White Collar Disruption
Audio Guide
AI is about to reshape white collar work in ways most people are underestimating.
As autonomous AI agents replace the app-hopping, tab-switching digital workflow, the economy many of us built careers around will become unrecognizable. Intelligence is no longer uniquely human. A substantial amount of white collar labor will lose relevance.
If that applies to you, it's vital to be honest with yourself about what's happening. Sticking your head in the sand won't help.
This audio guide will help you:
Deal with urgency and panic
Realign with where your energy and attention naturally orient
Find clarity and a path forward
Overcome the fear of following something more honest
Work through identity collapse, loss of status, and self-abandonment
It draws on my own experience leaving a marketing career, and on insights from psychology and neuroscience.
Listen to the intro below.

This is for you if:

  • You function well in life, but feel inwardly compromised

  • You sense you are adapting at the cost of something essential

  • You don't want to burn your life down to feel honest

  • You're willing to notice self-abandonment as it happens

This is not for you if:

  • You want motivation, fixing, or performance coaching

  • You want someone to tell you what to do

  • You're not ready to look at how you participate in your own compromise

How the work happens

1:1 workThe focus is noticing and interrupting self-abandonment in real timeThis is not therapy, and not performance coachingThe work is conversational, precise, and challenging

What life asks of you

Grab my free self-inquiry Ai-tool to uncover the unconscious responsibility contract shaping your identity, patterns, and self-limitation.
Through slow, one-question-at-a-time coaching, it reveals the hidden emotional duty your nervous system believes it must perform, like keeping others comfortable, avoiding being “too much,” or staying predictable.
Once you see it, everything changes.

Podcast

A podcast about the things I can’t stop thinking about: neuroscience, spirituality, behavior, identity, creativity, consciousness, and the edges of personal growth.
Unscripted reflections, honest and often personal explorations, insights and experiences.

About me

I’m Thea, mainly focused on the protective patterns we often mistake for who we are - through the lens of neuroscience, evolutionary psychology, personal development, and spirituality.
I previously worked in media tech, digital marketing, writing, and digital creation, before getting certified as a meditation teacher and coach. I also produce and sell meditation music for other creators. (I guess I'm what one would call a multi passionate).
My work sits where these worlds overlap: behavior, identity, expression, technology and the mechanisms that shape our lives.
